Marvel used to low key cameo DC characters in their books and vice versa. Most recently with the Marvel expy universe in Multiversity. And example for Marvel's side would be one mister Buried Alien. And another for DC's side would be the Deadpool 'showing up' in Deathstroke way back when. Basically so long as it's not explicitly stated to be that character it's fine. That's why her Ankh necklace is hidden.
