DB was better because Toriyama embraced the absurdity, never tried to pretend to set in a world remotely resembling our reality, and was upfront that the heroes were dicks rather than trying to paint them as moral paragons but have them acting as dicks anyway.

The fights and art were also better.

I like DBZ as much as the next guy but it's not even better than any of the big 3 let alone JL.

the show is too stretched out to compete with jlu but the dragon ball manga is better than most justice league comics

btw superman tas should count as the first part of the justice league cartoon series
