Clash is a home schooled super smart genius who was winning all the awards and stuff. He also was the one who started off Peter's showbiz career because he uploaded a youtube video of his fight with Crusher Hogan.

Spidey does and Clash says he wants to upload a video of himself kicking Spidey's ass so he can be popular. Spider-Man says fuck that and webs him up and leaves. Clash gets salty and becomes a villain.
