Just putting a muscular chick in green paint is gonna look really silly next to the giant green CG Mark Ruffalo

But if you make her CG, how far do you go? Do you bulk her up so she looks like a brick shithouse, or just make her a really tall athletic looking woman like an olympic athlete but green and 7 feet tall? And if it's the latter, do you really spend the money it'd take to fully render that in CG instead of just doing perspective shots with makeup?

Wonder Woman's success has already given you the answer. You can't make her CG because of uncanny valley still a problem.

She is going to be thin She-Hulk, not THICC She-Hulk, because Gal Gadot has shown audiences are fine with a thin female super-strong type.

As far as the height, that could be done the same way they made the Hobbit actors smaller to everyone else in LOTR.
