Who is the cutest South Park boy and why is it Kenny?

He already looks pretty adorable when his face is hidden. I don't even watch South Park for its "cute factor" (if you do either there's something wrong with you or you've only seen the first couple seasons).

Yeah, it's really weird, but I find hooded Kenny to be adorable. I love his design, despite its simplicity.

Considering how Matt and Trey seem very willing to make large changes from the norm such as making season whole continuity driven stories, why haven't they abandoned the silent Kenny gimmick? They've given up on the kill him every episode gimmick beyond the occasional gag and it's clear from the show itself to and them admitting that he's the hardest character to write episodes for since his silence is difficult to make him do any jokes for.

I'm pretty sure everyone at this point would be okay if Kenny removed the hoodie and becomes the groups pervert/chad character.
