Green Lantern/Green Arrow, Mike Grell's Longbow Hunters and then his Green Arrow ongoing, Kevin Smith's Green Arrow (Quiver & Sounds Of Violence) and the rest of the ongoing from there, Green Arrow: Year One, the first half of Green Arrow/Black Canary (Winick's run, before the writer of Arrow got onto the series), Lemire/Sorrentino's New 52 run, and Percy's current Rebirth run are all good.
