Things can be fun. Bayformers can be fun. It establishes itself as mindless action. But I agree with Watchmen. The sole purpose of the characters was as a vessel for this greater story. They weren't designed for this.

eh on one hand its DCs lame attempt to keep the Watchmen rights to go over to Moore. Who at this point should get the rights.

On the other it is a business and DC is smart by exploiting that loop hole. Watchmen do sell comics and crossing over to the DC Universe is a big deal. And even though DC has a watchmen clone in Morrisons infinite earths, Watchmen is more known and will sell

But as a comics fan it still sucks that DC and Moore will never get along. Moore deep down loves the characters esp Superman. He always seems to make a Superman clone when he gets the jones to write him. But now im on his side that DC is screwing him
