That one really pissed me off in Frozen since he could've actually gotten away with it if he had made sure to wait for Anna to die instead of just telling her his evil plan and then leaving while she was still alive. Adrian in Watchmen on the other hand did it right by literally getting away with it before anyone was even aware of it.

It is bad than i always see sexual tension between MC and MV no matter they sex are

I have a friend who's writing a series where this happens but the villain legitimately wants to see the hero destroyed because she hates having feelings for him and she thinks if the temptation is removed (as in, removing his head from his body) she'll be at peace

I legit love series where the villain and hero are in a love/hate relationship. Part of me wants to write something like your example where the sexes are reversed.
>Villain is disgusted with himself and his 'weakness'
>Heroine is captured and at his mercy
>Offers her a right-hand position to him
>She refuses
>He re-makes the offer, this time as a threat
>She refuses and pleads with him to stop
>He steels himself to kill her
>He can't go through with it
>He tries to commit suicide but can't go through with it either
>Eventually breaks down in front of her
>His traitorous subordinate tries to take control of the situation
>Now he has to free the heroine so she can help him escape
>At the end of the mutiny, he's switched positions with the heroine because he's resource less and tired
>He knows he's in no position to ask for favors to her
>She gives him a parting kiss anyways
>He ends up getting a lighter sentence for his crimes
>It's not a fairy tale ending, but he can live with that.

Because deep down, he wants her to join him willingly, and raping her would defeat the point. The idea is that they both want each other, but their goals are incompatible because they didn't meet until after they had gone down their respective paths. He's too far gone to be a hero, as it would be. The whole point of the tragedy is that if they had met earlier, they would be on the same side.
He can't bring himself to rape her, because he cares about her too much.
Because I love drinking the tears of emotional suffering and inner conflict.
