Different anon. I've seen all 14 movies including the original several times (except 13, which sucked so bad I couldn't rewatch it).

1 is the best quality-wise, but I actually don't like it very much because it's so sad and everyone is so unlikeable.

2 is a good follow-up. Ozzie and Strut are great.

3 has two top tier songs, and good Cera development.

4 has good Littlefoot development and some really awesome regions they explore.

5 has subtitled Sharpteeth (Chomper's parents) and Chomper in general, who is adorable.

6 has cowboy longneck and Littlefoot development.

7 is my personal favorite. Three words: Fucking Space Dinosaurs.

8 has great snow adventures, very /comfy/ during the winter.

9 has a Liopleurodon, and a great character named Moe.
