Grab 6 old buns, add 10g molten butter, soak them in 250ml of warm milk and add salt, pepper and 3 mixed eggs. Add breadcrumbs if they are too liquid, they shouldn't be fully solid but also not too liquid.
Then, form them into tennisballs and simmer them for 20 minutes in salt water or broth. Goes well with Gulash or other meat-based dishes
