Lazlo was good, Johnny Test wasn't that bad, Chop Suey Chooks is a cult classic.

2008-09 was the worst of it.

Also Miguzi fell into that time period (2004-2007) and that was my fucking life in middle school. In fact, it was one of CNs best periods.

Also Foster's was airing through that entire period.
