He also said he only records OneyPlays once a week, so it doesn't eat up much of his time at all.

He doesn't bring this stuff up unless specifically asked so most people aren't going to know what he's working on. I think it's safe to assume Zach is in a similar boat. Just because he's not announcing what he's working on, doesn't mean he's just sitting on his ass doing nothing.
