It was only later they got huffy, tried to kill Butterfly Kingdom (>implying they are actually monarch of mewni as a whole) then got stomped. Toffee refused to sue for peace instead lured by power and vengeance. Moon rocked his immortal world and he bitched out preferring kaikaku to open conflict.
