This is surprisingly hard to come by. Hypnosis in cartoons are pretty common but it's never a major element, even though it is a pretty easy tool for making evil plans and temporarily changing status quo. It's frustrating there was never a writter (at least in mainstream /co/ stuff) that explored the concept to it's full extent.
