How did Luke Cage capture Sowande? He's shown to be skilled enough to exhaust and wear down Luke without needing to be super-strong, but using precise pressure point strikes. We see Luke get hit by a garbage truck, Sowande escape in a van, then the next episode (literally minutes later) Luke has captured Sowande. It made no sense.
