Same with Destiny, except there's no point, causality and the Divine Plan won't stop existing with Destiny. Also Lucifer's will is far beyond emotions.

Unlike Sandman, Lucifer never directly connects to other DC or Vertigo properties, except Sandman, being its' spin-off, of course. There are some discrepancies, since it wasn't really written with the larger DC universe in mind. For instance the First of the Fallen in Hellblazer was clearly meant to be THE Devil, but then retconned to being Lucifer's predecessor, even though in Lucifer and Sandman it is stated that Hell formed from and around him and wasn't a even a place before he arrived. Or in Sandman Lucifer is said to have rebelled 5 seconds after Creation, which is cotradicted by Lucifer comic book, unless said rebellion is just his questioning God's plan.
