It's hard to say because Wolverine almost never relies on martial arts, since he's got so much shit going in his favor without it anyway. It's always a plan B for him.

even if wolverine isn't a retard still the answer goes to batman. physically he's taller and has better reach and proportions, and also he trained in all styles of martial arts, logan probably knows how to fight but if he were to fight smart he'd stick to his tacticool cia/military training and his weeb shit samuraiu style

Depends, Batman is a better technical fighter but unless he can disable Wolverine he would end up losing because Logan his far more stamina and would recover from any hits he took. Wolverine isn't the best fighter but he has longevity and that's a far better advantage and I say this as a batfag
