I'm currently making a podcast (2 eps released 6 recorded) about batman and we are just about to finish looking at the first year of comics. I next want to move on to looking at silver age comics but I don't really know what to look at. I have a few obvious choices like the batman of Planet X and robin dies at dawn but do you guys have any other must reads?
Not just best stories but also crazy fun stuff.

Oh I've read plenty of comics but my knowledge of silver age isn't very good and I wanted /co/ feedback because back when I was a regular everyone used to be really friendly and willing to actually talk about comics and it made me love reading them and talking about them. Thanks for being a sour cunt.

>Oh I've read plenty of comics

After Robins death, Jokers shot in the chest and and left in a chopper.
Long after that theres ANOTHER joker and this new Joker kills people with games/jokes i.e. hangs a person by playing "Hangman" with him.
The Joker finds out about the New One and goes after him....
I liked that one, maybe you should check it out...... oh, and theres alsol Batman in the middle of thi lol
There is a TPB that collects silver age issues that inspired episodes of the '66 series

It took you eight episodes to get through one year? How short is your podcast?
>>94719298
That might be a good resource i was also thinking of using the black case book that reprinted stories grant Morrison mentioned during his run
>>94719399
The stories are quite short back In The day. We cover 2 to 3 stories an issue. Actually I think we spent too much time talking about
>>94719529
Some of them

Got a name? Google isn't bring up anything.

Talking about compilations, there is the Black Casebook. It has a bunch of silver age issues that Morrison references during his run on Batman.
