But no doubt Hussie has money put aside anyway. If Jeff Jacques was making 6 figs off his webcomic BEFORE his patreon, and Hussie's comic was literally about 10x more viral and popular than QC, you know he's making bank.

I personally think the game is done and the holdup is animation now that they've shown there will be animated cutscenes. I mean we're talking about a guy that took how long to make Meenahquest? And that shit was 4 hours long MAX. This is a 15 hour game at the least and an actual game so by default the scope is way crazier.

As far as Hiveswap goes theres a lot of NDA's involved but if he gave us SOMETHING and legitimately told us what he could this would have went down a lot better. Communicating with your fanbase is kind of something you need to do with stuff like this.

I don't care. I just want to experience something like Homestuck in its prime again.

Hiveswap is coming to linux, windows and mac and in 5 languages. Several signed digital copies of the game will be delivered, shortening more the budget.
