I miss superbro he was my superman.

Good thing about comic books is that he'll be back
If someone who started with n52 ever become a writer at DC, you bet your ass Superbro would be back
>>94689969
He already came back, was convinced by a blue ball to fuse with him
>>94689838
I miss him too..
I kinda wish he kept the collar after the fusion. It gives the suit a more...regal appearance, I suppose.
But then that'd go against the whole "farm boy who basically sewed his own suit together" deal.

It mostly goes against the "I'm not here to rule over you puny humans" deal
>>94689838
I started regularly reading comics when Superbro was technically my Superman, Didn't like Superman until I read PC Supes
>>94690260
it's for the best we got the reborn suit compromise or old fags would have complained enough and got the trunks back
>>94690260
I liked the collar as well
>>94691818
I don't think i'd mind the trunks AND the collar together, desu.
>>94691307
True enough. But I very much enjoy a super suit with a sense of style.

You and me both anon

Shit taste. Everyone know Superdad! is the best version of Superman. Tomasi's run has really been killing it.

Why is Superbro loved again?
I started comics in N52 about last year and only found out about his real identity in the last few issues.
>>94690092
Current Superman's got nothing in common with Superbro. He's just a remastered copy of Superdad with red boots
>>94692749
He's just a different take on Superman. A little bit angrier, a little bit angstier. OG Supes reigns supreme but it's nice to see something different.
Writers tried creating new villains and stories, but in the end, we all fell back onto Pre-Flashpoint Superman.
Lois was a total bitch, though.
>>94689838
He's not even really a different Superman. He was only edgy and x-treme when he was younger. As he got older he was pretty much the same as standard pre-Flashpoint Supes.
It was pretty early into New52 when he was already trying to convince the League to adopt hamsters that used to belong to a bad guy he put away.

>Why is Superbro loved again?
Showed a way more interesting genesis of the character who started out at almost street-level, scaring the shit out of corrupt businessmen and politicians. It's way more interesting than him flying in from Kansas, already a perfect hero god that is instantly loved.

Because he didn't had all the answers like Superdad, he struggled and had to work hard to come up ahead.
>>94693138
Laughing at bad dudes like scared little babies.
>>94692749
I liked that his be-all end-all wasn't becoming a reporter.

I've never read any Superman comics besides the N52 before, the posts.
Read the current Superman comics, it's not like Superdad has all the answers.
