To not repeat previous suggestions, I'll add WOY (season 1 mainly), Clarence if you like suburbia and maybe that Becky And Bagel cartoon (I've only seen the first episode so far though.
Maybe try a preschooler cartoon like Pablo The Fox.
What is a comfy cartoon anyway? Is it a coherent genre? If you asked me for a comfy cartoon, I guess I'd say episodic, includes children main characters. Nothing that adult, eg, main characters aren't depicted drinking or smoking. Maybe includes talking animals and fantastical objects like a fairytale. But also, it could inversely have nothing magic, and just be a school-setting. Do comfy cartoons have villains? Do comfy cartoons have romance? Do comfy cartoons have action? I kind of want to know.

they can, but imo they generally tend to be more mild than noncomfy cartoons
