For Judge Dredd, the easiest place to start is The Complete Case Files Volume 1. The Files collect all of Dredd's stories in chronological order, so you can just start there and keep on going 'till dawn.
If you'd like something more modern, The Pit is also a very new reader-friendly story. And honestly, most of Dredd is very self-conclusive so you can pretty much start anywhere once you know the premise.

And for Guardians of the Galaxy, I'd suggest following this list here for an introduction to modern Cosmic Marvel in general.
Annihilation introduces a couple of character who'll go on to build the Guardians, Conquest has a prototype team formed during the event, and if you're feeling adventurous you can just start with Guardians by Abnett and Lanning and fill in the blanks later.

Hellblazer, all 300 issues, don't worry, it's great. The proper beginning is Alan Moore's Swamp Thing arc, "American Gothic", but I'd recommend reading Moore's entire Swamp Thing run if you want to get into that (you should do that anyway). Also, Gaiman's Books of Magic.

Anything after New 52 is worthless for Constantine, except the short-lived Constantine: The Hellblazer, which had a lot of promise, but didn't last because reboots and people kept complaining they were forcing John's bisexuality (by showing it at all).

The Oath, Triumph and Torment, Into Shamballa, the 60s Ditko stuff, and the 70s stuff.

>Guardians
Abnett and Lanning's 2008-2010 run, then Thanos Imperative. You can preface this with Annihilation Conquest: Star-Lord, which shows the formation of the team, but again, that comes with the baggage of having to read the enitirity of Annihilation and Annihilation Conquest, which is great, and I highly recommend you do, but it's not essential.

These are all some of my favourite comics, OP, I'm envious of you for getting to read them for the first time.

The Gillen Vader series is okay, but some of the focus is on an OC that you might not like that much.

All of the Star Wars modern titles suffer from some awful tracing and 3D model shading, but Vader is probably the best of the bunch.

DC/Vertigo started reprinting the entire series in thicker volumes starting in 2012, and they are around issue ~180 right now.
