Anyone who'se actually had cable would know that Cartoon Network was mostly reruns of their cartoons mixed in with their original shows. Then when the old cartoons got booted to boomerang, they just aired reruns of certain shows all day until a programming block started or it was a new episode premier. Then they just aired Scooby Doo movies all day, then Johnny Test all afternoon. Your nostalgia is distorting the reality that is Cartoon Network

Toonami was no longer relevant in age where access to anime was cheap and easy. It amounted to entry level anime from it's inception and it survives now off the nostalgia from the faggots who grew up with it and I say this as someone who loved watching afternoon weekday toonami as a kid.

The OP image is really bad. A lot of the cartoons on the top weren't even CN originals + they added a lot of characters from the same show to stretch out the numbers. You can find a lot of the shows on Boomerang, stop this meme.

CN Real, 100%. The quality of the cartoons airing at the time was dubious at best as well. Flapjack and Chowder I personally despise, but constant Johnny Test reruns and a reliance on Canadian and other out of studio shows like Total Drama, 6Teen, Skunkfu, Super Hero Squad, etc, really put a hamper on the channel itself since most of those wren't very good and felt like channel filler.

Not to mention that most of the experimentation that CN is known for at the time failed horribly as well. Problem Solvers, Secret Moutain Fort Awesome, Chop Socky Chooks, all poorly received and summarily canceled shortly afterward.
