Donald is willing to drown his best friend over basically nothing and is near unstoppable when he's angry.

Daffy used to be a god of chaos, but was de-powered almost instantly and is now less than worthless in most adaptions.

Donald is a rage machine.
He will not stop going after Daffy, especially because Daffy is annoying. Daffy will eventually get tired or even try to give in and Donald will still kick him while he's down.

Also if we're counting all versions of the character; old Donald Duck was really terrible and tried to kill/torture Goofy constantly. He usually did things like that over petty things, out of spite, or for fun- let alone for a death battle.

Plus, Daffy in his purest form is more about pissing people off rather than actively hurting people. The more pissed Donald gets, the more violent and ruthless he gets. There'll be a tipping point where Daffy can't just keep dancing around Donald's tantrum and he'll take a Hulk-level punch to the skull
