No he's not. Falcon has carries fucking guns, and missiles, and has at least good mobility. Luke's degree of superhuman strength and durability are basically useless since he's still as slow as a normal human, he can't punch harder or lift more than even Captain America, and he's still fragile enough that a single shotgun slug can nearly kill him and put him into a coma.

In fact the bulk of the heroes are less useful in their role than a well-armed, well-trained, well-supported soldier.

Apparently they had such a good time filming Defenders that they all just became amazing friends. As much as people hate Finn Jones, he was the glue for them and they just fell in love with each other. The backstage workers for Defenders were getting frustrated cause they couldn't stop goofing off and being fun with each other.

So maybe the director of Iron Fist was right, Finn Jones is too much of a goof. On the other hand, he made these people far better friends than they ever were before

It's what happens when you hire a showrunner who has no experience with action. Some other shows wouldn't require it, but to properly do Iron Fist I think it needs to be a full-tilt action show. So significant screentime handed over to fights, and for the love of christ some choreographers and directors who know how to film a fight scene. The editing was nauseating in IF.
