I read somewhere a long time ago in PNAT's old comment section (RIP) that Zack was planning to compile Paranatural in print form years ago...I don't think the current state of the comic is viable for that anymore in terms of cost (Unless Zack does a mad impossible job of making a condensed reboot of this chapter). I don't think Zack even wants that done anymore, when he can just get more money from his merch sales.

By my admittedly crappy maths this was page 521 of the whole comic. No point trying to edit that down, he'd have to publish about 6-7 books to turn a profit I guess.

It seems like zack is gonna quit the comic pretty soon, he gets nothing but complaints from people no matter where he goes. 4chan, tumblr, reddit. everyone on every side seems to have some massive gripe with either the comic or him as a personality. and all of this makes me really sad because i've seen this happen so many times. I feel like everything I try to enjoy gets completely destroyed by the community I'm in. I'm almost ready to give up on getting into comics as a whole and move on to some other form of media to enjoy.

Another reason Paranatural would benefit from a subplot limit: should Zack decide to discontinue work after a specific chapter, at least the conclusion would stand alone quite smoothly without anything important or glaring left hanging. *coughPhantomPlanetcough* As long as PNAT ends on an optimistic note (as befitting its tone), it should be fine.

I'm just concerned about how that move will affect Zack's contract with Hiveworks though.
