I managed to read tomes 7 and 8 through a combination of mediocre french knowledge and google translate to fill in the blanks. Wasn't ideal, but I was able to understand everything that was going on.

Yeah, but only half the episodes were up and then they were removed because the person doing them was hired to do help do the official translation but she had to remove them first. Since then people kept saying they would do translations but no one until now got past 12.

I ended up buying tomes 7 and 8 after finding out they dropped the English books since I can't read French but can read spanish.
