Okay so let's get this straight. Vero is doing this all to try and fix some of the current plot problems, and is now doing one of these on a character who no longer matters at all?

She has 2 1/3 weeks of updates done for her with this guest project on a character that we all can assume is dead with no problems. In this, she's resent old ships ahoy! instead of making some new ones.

What a hack.

Eh, it is a nice change of pace. We have stopped giving a fuck about the main cast, reading a Tess mini is a very nice change of pace, and I want to assume this is not only drawn but also written by the original creator so at least we won't have to suffer of Tae's horrible writing for a good two weeks.

I hope Tess gets to come back sometime if she's going to take up two weeks worth of updates. I guess this is a nice change from just seeing stuff we already know. Also, no bobbleheads. I guess I could get used to this.

I wonder how much say the guest artist had in the writing. It feels different somehow. Maybe it's just that there's more words because Taeshi doesn't have to do the art for these, so she's willing to write more.

Has bcb ever done a guest artist before? I think this is the first time. I'm a little nervous, it reminds me of what happened to homestuck near the end, as Hussie stopped giving a shit. Homestuck was good at one point, though, so maybe it's not comparable.

Tae seemed so eager to write her out back then, and even edited her out of a panel of two during the "improvement" of old pages.

I'm suspecting she knows she's fucked up too much to just keep trucking on without acknowledging it, but I doubt it's gonna be anything but minimum effort fixes.

Expect things like Homo and extremely insecure Polo to continue to be canon no matter how jarring and forced it seems compared to past pages.
