Back when I was a little kid, my friend got a hold of a video tape with an erotic cartoon on it. (not anime, it was a cartoon in western cartoon style) The cartoon was about an ugly old witch who wanted to concoct some spell to become young and beautiful again and she had everything needed for it except for one final step. She needed to hump a dude's dick 69 times. This midget dude shows up, I think he was a delivery boy or something, and the witch chases after him during the whole thing. She would pin him down and rape him, but he'd keep getting away before the witch could count to 69. I can't quite remember how it ended, I want to say the witch completed the transformation and that she and the midget lived happily ever after, but my memory is so hazy. This was damn near 20 years ago.
I'm anxious to see it again because it was so weird.
