I marathoned it yesterday and the show doesn't look as good now. The background animation is bland and static, you never see hits connect in fights, and the background turns into a generic blur whenever someone revs up and gets ready to hit someone, the animelite artstyle feels tacky a lot of the antagonists were pretty shit except Brother Bood, Slade, and Blackfire.
