I guess I'm thinking back more to like Teen Titans, where clearly Robin was the main character but everyone pretty much got a full season to focus on their arc. Obviously it can't be as clean-cut in a serialized show, but I was expecting something a little closer to parity.

As much as I didn't like season 2 in part because of the Keith focus, I didn't really feel right complaining because I knew he'd gotten very little in season 1. Carrying that focus over to season 3 seemed like a bit much.

That said I'm absolutely biased and if this became The Pidge Show full-time I'd be ecstatic.

So here are my thoughts on Lotor. He was born after Allura and in between the time Alfor stopped visiting Zarkon and Honerva. Honerva told Zarkon not to share the news of Lotor's birth so Alfor wouldn't nag her about the research. Given Lotor's lack of yellow eyes and bat ears, but he still has the white hair I think he was effected in the womb by the quintessence radiation.

I'm guessing this because Throk is considered a pure breed with his ears and eyes even though ALL the galra in the past have been shown with the classic type of ears and normal eyes. He talked like he personally fought at Zarkon's side forever too, which means up to 10k years of radiation?

So I'm guessing he was old enough to see how his parents changed and then got put on ice like Allura. Maybe taken out of stasis every now and then to prove himself or keep him up to date with the Empire and Haggar keeps getting mad at him and putting him back on ice.
