Well this was a multi-part movie. Some Noah's Ark thing, but it was tied to a dragon. I just remember "The Last of the Red Hot Dragons" and it had stupid, catchy music. I remember believing dragons really existed but never got on the damn ark for years thanks to this damn movie.
