It's a damn shame that there's so little /co/ material with undersea settings. The ocean is fascinating.

It might not be the best idea to make an /a/ image your OP.
Fuck, I watched this shitty anime just for this character and she does nothing interesting and is barely in it
The premise sounded cool when I looked it up but it was so bland and empty... fucking waste

Don't forget terrifying.
Don't forget all the different potential for character designs. There's so many weird and beautiful creatures in the ocean.

I had an idea for a story/comic about merpeople, but I'm not sure if I'll ever actually write it.

You should be watching Voltron, dawg.

I had read a book about special force finding and defusing old bioweapons still creeping in oceans - fish torpedoes and medusa mines, that were based on human DNS and accumulated nitrous fat as explosive. Also, their boss went rogue and went on searching for a old bioplatform, that grew around several nuclear missile silo containers. It also had a waht-a-tweest in the end.
The specops used a living exoskeleton that injected oxygen directly in their bloodstream.
The whole thing was very Blue Submarine N9 - esque.
Cartoon about a mantis shrimp when?

1) Scuba gear.
2) Who the hell said anything about humans? The characters can be fish people or something.
