In all honesty your power can be extremely powerful, you'd be sought out by power criminal organizations to hide their deeds from the police and victims so you can basically prevent any vigilantes from being created. Another application is that you could topple empires by erasing people's knowledge of their leaders and creating anarchism. Furthermore there is potential to be used in medical applications for victims of trauma.

Depending on how well you develop your power you could be able to manipulate the rate of decay, reverse the decay, even manipulate matter at the subatomic level. Basically you could have alchemical powers but it would take longer to manifest. At your worse you'd be able to prepare popcorn without a microwave, mid-tier make good money enriching uranium for nuclear power plants, at your best you'd be a god level mutant.
