It was genuine, anon. The only reason why she felt unfinished was the way she act. In a show, you want things to happen and change in a certain way and Dominator played on that. Right after she was revealed to be a girl, you had hater fall in love with her, and Wander trying to hook her and hater up together.

Just like how you had a warrior guy not getting things he want while trying to be a hero, you had everyone not getting what they want with Dominator destroying every single planet in the universe, putting hater in his place and ultimately refusing Wander's gift. You don't often see a girl villain act happily and douchy as fuck, and for once you have one who genuinely enjoy doing what she loves to do

Hell, a lot of the episodes plays on your expectation, and what you want from the show. People who wants to see who wants Wander's backstory had a fun episode with kids trying their best to count who was wander without even knowing that Wander was with them.

Thing is, someone people will never change and this is the whole point of her character

Does it? Dom was "The Greater Hater" in more ways than she was originally presented, she's an empty, lonely, unfulfilled autistic teen that cares too much about impressing others, is too scared to try and connect with anyone, and destroys because it makes her feel in control. Wander won't give up on her, her arch just started with the end of S2. Peepers has always cared more about spreading evil and hate throughout the galaxy than Hater ever did, and while he clearly liked Hater when he was doing what Peepers wants him to do and wanted to be that guy's friend, he doesn't really care about Hater as a person. He likes Hater as a means to an end, and that end is power. When Hater tries to find ways to achieve happiness and self-actualization that don't involve being an evil and cruel oppressor, Peepers gets angry at him and tries to sabotage him so they can just get back to being evil overlords again. Peepers would have to come around eventually, but I think it would be harder for him than it would be for Hater or Dom. He'd need his own big arch that goes into his psyche and motivations, that arch would have to come after Dominator's. Peepers wouldn't be content with being a gag villain for a while then come crawling back to Hater with "eh i guess i dont need evil". He'd build himself up and up until someone has to knock him down.

Nigga chill the fuck out, Dominator's only true crippling flaw is that she wants companionship/friends in life and also has a passion that directly conflicts with this. She's not empty or unfulfilled (literally watch her song and observe how much fun she's having with life in about 3 minutes). Being lonely is the only thing you got right here, and it's not the end-all and be-all of Dominator's character anyway.

Peepers loves Hater as much as one could platonically love someone else. Is that even something I have to fucking point out? Did you not see the part where he got fired and reminisced about all the fun times they had together, including making sure his blanket stays on him while he sleeps? Or the part where him and Hater were clearly not plotting anything, because they were playing with figurines and having a good time? Or both the parts where he gets a big ol' fucking heart eye because Hater did some badass shit? But no, he didn't want his to try and hook up with Space Stalin, who was destroying the entire galaxy, so he clearly fucking hates him.

The only means to an end you showed here is how writing up a paragraph this bad can make me physically sick.
