It was aired at 6 in the morning in a deliberate gesture by CN to show the creator how little they think of him because both of them know no one is there to watch it at that time, in an honestly commendable display of passive aggression.

Of course, CN declined to pick it up for a series because the airing didn't have good ratings. As heinous as that stunt was, I admire it. Balls of steel.
