After her series ended, she made a brief appearance in the penultimate issue of Spider-Man 2099.

It is really a shame, Silk got the best costume.

She kind of got lost in the shuffle with Spider-woman and Spider-Gwen.initially she had the best title but after the relaunch it settled into well weird territory, and not really finding a niche other than being the cute quirky girl character in a sea of cute quirky girl characters.

She had a pretty cool thing going on with Black Cat but outside of that, no much of worth after the relaunch.

While I don't think they've directly interacted with each other, they did work together during Spider-Verse and in the issue of Spidey 2099 I mentioned before. I suppose whether or not they interact with each other depends on if we get a writer who's interested in using both characters.

He still could have made money and stole the alien tech, but he would have had his own corporate empire by the time the court case had settled with in those 8 years.
I mean he wouldnt sue for the rights to salvage but for an illegal seizure of his assets and for damages and no compensation for destroying his contract with the city.

Yes it's possible, many people today have been able to sue and win against the government thanks to social media and using phones as evidence. Plus he has legal documents that he could take to court.
