I can't remember the name since I don't speak french. The intro theme was the sound of someone whistling, and the episodes were 5 minute shorts where guys would try to peep on a hot redhead when she changed, slept, etc.

vanilla bottom left. i was still relatively young when bottom right rolled around so its early parts were pretty much still my era but i basically dropped cartoons altogether because of how bad the programming had become and just used family channel for background noise while i played vidya aside from a few select programs i still liked and when the anime block was still around
