True, Bruce is hot but he's to fucking unstable and he would never commit.

Someone like Claire/Clara would seek stability in a pairing and to settle down with them and Bruce cannot provide that.

Although the UST would be strong especially since Batman and Superman already have huge chemistry with each other and that's with the writers not trying to pair them up.
