My personal top tier is I Roved Out in Search of Truth and Love which is artistically more interesting than your average porn and which I rank highly in terms of characters and story. Rupert Everton is the author. It's like a high fantasy novel with a ton more sex. Magic is everywhere, every person and place is weird and exotic and they're all down to fuck. It has these little incredibly sincere hammer moments of emotion that I really love.

More down to earth, relationship-focused and with a much more naive main character is Alfie by Incase. This is still fantasy, but it's less fantastical. The pace is slower but the sex scenes are longer, mostly, and there's a lot of effort put into building up the characters. It's a good read and I can already see the academic paper some asshole might write on Incase's halflings.

I really can't understand the praise for I Roved Out. The art is indeed top tier but I don't see the rest of what warrants it. Everything seems like a very thinly veiled excuse for wacky sex; the worldbuilding seems very shallow to me. The characters too are all just a bunch of nymphomaniacs.

Monster Under the Bed, though it's only NSFW for a few pages. It's more like a Disney movie as if it was done in France - really a kids story, it just doesn't shy away from sexy stuff.

The art is fine and the only problem with the story is that there is extremely little of it (barely more than your standard porn plot). So far the only thing it set up were a few recurring characters, and the main witch getting into a debt with one or another demon.

The most recent chapter has gone on for far too long, but it's the closet thing I have seen to a real DnD campaign in fiction in a long time.

Since other posters are complaining about the lack of variety in this topic, I suggest you search for some doujins and manga? There are some decent world and story oriented porn comics in that space, and new stuff does come out if you feel like you've tapped out the quality western porn comics.

Example: Centaur's Worries has some kinda immature but fun /u/ stuff, a decent world, some shitty overly kawaii crap but I'll be glad to see it continue though there has been an English release drought while the anime gets going.

Also Korean scrolling phone comics are starting to put out some fun stuff, though some of the best crap is trapped behind some pretty esoteric paywalls. Plus weird censorship choices, of course.

Area's fan art of Star vs the forces of evil "Between Friends" is a good NSFW comic.

I really liked The Secret loudhouse comic someone linked to here. I don't watch the show often so I feel I'm missing a lot of context but it was intruiging.
