That's it. You can read the original comic the Bat Manga version was based upon but he's just plain old Death Man, not LORD Death Man.

I'm surprised he isn't used more often, especially considering he was "mainstream" enough to be featured in the Batman '66 comic.

You'd think writers would want to play with that concept a little more, even if only through a one-shot or two. As he stands, he's arguably a functionally better Joker than the real deal.
