it was cut off when she was in diamond form. They re attached it. Sinister did that to prevent her from switching out of the diamond form, that way she wouldnt be able to use her telepathy.

Gillens Uncanny X Men were the last great Uncanny X Men run, it was cut short by Avengers vs X Men, but he did get like 20 issues. His consequences of Avengers vs XMen were also good.
