Well, as a Spitalian officer he would freak the fuck out upon finding himself in Ooo.
Since he would likely curse at them in German, French or Spanish, he would sooner or later be brought to Princess Bubblegum who would want that angry man out of her realm. And since he wants to treat humans, he should be brought over Finn's mom.
And that's where he will likely start to grow an army of purging fanatics to cleanse the world of all this weird shit.
