What are /co/'s thoughts on Bone?
Basically flawless as a work.
Definitely in my top ten best "sequential art" works.

Great story, but there's a lot of off-model with the more detailed characters.Phoney did nothing wrong.

Really amazing, all the way through.
I bought all the volumes of it when I was young. I need to reread it sometime soon.
I bought the big collection book and read all the books in one go, it was really good.
I've heard there was a sequel or something, but I never got around to reading it. Can anyone say if it is worth it?

Epic story, likable characters, and a good portion of genuine humor. Imagine if Mickey, Donald and Goofy somehow wandered out of their cartoons and into the middle of The Lord of the Rings. That's Bone.
I also love the art. Smith is a self-professed disciple of my all-time favorite cartoonist, the great Walt Kelly. It shows.
I'd rate it up there with Calvin and Hobbes.
That being said, I need to reread it. I used to read it when it was published in Disney's tv guide looking magazine.
