Honestly I've enjoyed what I've seen of this show so far. It's not really trying to be serious or tell a story, it's more just being fucked up for the sake of being fucked up. Normally that sounds pretty bad, but for the subject matter of the show it works.
Think of it like a Venom or early Bathory album, which is throwing around edgy satanic imagery because it sounds cool.
