Cap is normal tier he is the strongest a person could be without being superhuman. Same with T'challa at the time, he didn't go superhuman until later.

Pretty sure Colossus, Shulkie and especially Surfer are stronger than Spidey nowadays. The rest of them seem fairly okay in terms of raw physical strength.
Wolvie should be at least in the second to last category though. He's gotta be slightly amped by healing factor/feral powers nonsense to even move an Adamantium skeleton.
