I don't like seeing BB speak, but this is at least consistent with the way a person who knows how to speak, but never does, would likely speak. Short, direct sentences that convey all the info they need with the lowest number of words.

Black Bolt has been one of the best current books from Marvel, and usually when I read an Inhumans book they're pretty terrible. Absorbing Man and Black Bolt are a random pairing but the dynamic between them works well enough to carry a story that really hasn't gone anywhere yet
