This stuff always confuses me, they're all about being inclusive for POC correct? But they take Canonically Japanese characters and erase their culture to make them black? It doesn't make sense. I could see stuff like Homestuck, where the characters are stylized a certain way to where you couldn't tell what they were, variations of them being difference colors or sizes doesn't put me off as much. But a lot of these tumblr people seem to like to do it to Japanese anime characters.
