Name ONE cartoon better than Kappa Mikey. You can't.

Funny story, I actually met the guy who was "quality control" on Kappa Mikey.

The show was so low budget that he was also an animator. Animators had to put out like a full minute of animation and layouts a day.

Basically, it was so low budget that as "quality control" his job was to just say yes to literally every thing turned into him because in reality there was 0 time to redo anything. So everything went to final cut the first pass. Everything.

They just threw a bunch of shit together in editing and hoped it made sense.
