You also have to pick which Superman is fighting and split personality persona Hulk. If you pick Joe Fixit against any Supes... won't end well. Even if you picked Hulks most powerful persona: Hulks... (2nd or 1st I don't recall) most powerful persona was dead matched for Sentry which is just a clone of Supes. And if you pick the Strongest Hulk... well then you have to pick the strongest Supes who is pretty much an allegory for Jesus Christ.

Hulk has also lost in every crossover against him, but again it wasn't his strongest persona.
